(chapter 4)

Ranking of services

The spread sheets contain participants' rank orders of the services mentioned in the document titles. The rank 1 means that service configuration was ranked the best and the rank 8 indicates the scenario was perceived the worst desirable one.

HouseHoldN is a unique identifier for each respondent across the data sets.
Score 1 - Score 8 stand for the different service configurations. The symbols * = = ? ! / # < were used as codes for the eight different service configurations.
The scores per participant indicate the ranking for each of the different service configurations. The rank 1 means that service configuration was ranked the best and the rank 8 indicates the scenario was perceived the worst desirable one.

The names of the files correspond to the services that respondents ranked.

Data was collected through conjoint experiments. Using SPSS an orthogonal design with a fractional factorial analysis was created with the seed value 2345.
